Roger was born in Warsaw, New York. He received his BA and AS degrees from the State University of New York. Roger began working for Wright Builders in 2005 in Sales and Estimating, became Vice President of Sales and Estimating and currently is the Director of Special Projects. In addition to working for Wright Builders Roger volunteers for the Habitat for Humanity and Ski United which supports the United Way of Greater Franklin and Hampshire County. He is also an alpine ski coach and staff trainer at Berkshire East Resort. Roger and his sweetheart Susan have five children amongst them, and both enjoy time together with family, hiking, kayaking, reading and museums.
